The spellbook is open!
The pages flip by themselves and golden words float into the air. The Word Wizard bows and says, "Your team has a way with words."
You are now a Lock Master. Go tell your teacher!
Your mission
The Word Wizard locked his spellbook. Every word in a sentence has a job. A noun names something. A verb shows action or being. An adjective describes a noun. An adverb tells how. A pronoun stands in for a name. Here is the wizard's trick: the SAME word can do different jobs in different sentences. You cannot tell a word's job by looking at the word alone.
How to crack a lock
- Pick any lock from the menu at the top. You can solve them in any order.
- Read every clue before you start. One clue alone is never enough.
- Use scratch paper. Draw pictures, make lists, and cross things out.
- Tap the buttons to build your answer. Then press "Try the lock".
- A lock will not tell you which part is wrong, so be sure before you try.
