Lock Quest: The Shadow Theater

The stage door is open!

The curtain rises. A single lamp glows, and your team's shadows stretch across the screen, ten feet tall, taking a bow.

You are now a Lock Master. Go tell your teacher!

Your mission

The shadow theater is dark, and the stage door is locked five ways. Light travels in straight lines. When something blocks it, a SHADOW forms on the far side. Some things let light through, some let only a little through, and some stop it completely. Colored lights can mix to make new colors. The stage owl left the lights set up, and nothing else.

How to crack a lock

• Pick any lock from the menu at the top. You can solve them in any order.
• Read every clue before you start. One clue alone is never enough.
• Use scratch paper. Draw pictures, make lists, and cross things out.
• Tap the buttons to build your answer. Then press "Try the lock".
• A lock will not tell you which part is wrong, so be sure before you try.
