The cash box pops open. Pip counts her profit, puts half in her bike jar, and pours every member of your team a cold cup of lemonade. No charge.

Your mission

Pip the chick runs a lemonade stand, and her cash box is locked five ways. Running a stand means making choices, and every choice costs something: the next best thing you did not pick. A NEED is something you must have to live, and a WANT is nice to have. PRODUCERS make goods or do jobs for others, and CONSUMERS buy and use them. Long ago, before money, people traded one thing for another.

How to crack a lock

• Pick any lock from the menu at the top. You can solve them in any order.
• Read every clue before you start. One clue alone is never enough.
• Use scratch paper. Draw pictures, make lists, and cross things out.
• Tap the buttons to build your answer. Then press "Try the lock".
• A lock will not tell you which part is wrong, so be sure before you try.
