Lock Quest: The Clockmaker's Shop

The clock door is open!

The little door swings open, the pendulum starts to swing, and the clock strikes twelve. The mouse runs up the clock, of course, and then back down to thank your team.

You are now a Lock Master. Go tell your teacher!

Your mission

A mouse lives inside the grandfather clock in the clockmaker's shop, and somebody has locked the little door five ways. A clock only works when every gear is in exactly the right place. These puzzles are the same. Each one has many pieces, and there is only one way they all fit together. Go one small step at a time.

How to crack a lock

• Pick any lock from the menu at the top. You can solve them in any order.
• Read every clue before you start. One clue alone is never enough.
• Use scratch paper. Draw pictures, make lists, and cross things out.
• Tap the buttons to build your answer. Then press "Try the lock".
• A lock will not tell you which part is wrong, so be sure before you try.
