The Bug Expert Challenge is the end of unit check. Each bug home has its own challenge, which opens once a student has finished all five lessons in that home. A challenge is 8 questions drawn at random from a bank of 10, with the three answers shuffled. Each question has a short reading wait before the answers can be clicked. Students lock in one answer, then see the right answer and a short reason before moving on. There is no second try on a question. A score of 7 or 8 earns the badge and a printable certificate with a blank line for the student's name. Students who pass all six can print a Master Bug Expert certificate.
