How to run Sam's whole body
- Alerts come in all day long. Each one is a job that Sam's body has to do.
- Pick the system that does the job. You get one pick. If it is the wrong system, that alert comes back at the end.
- Watch for team alerts. Half of the jobs take two systems. Pick both, then press Send.

What really happened: Running up a hill takes all five systems. Sam's muscles pull on his bones. His lungs and his heart rush oxygen to those muscles. His digestive system supplied the fuel. And his brain and nerves run the whole show.
Did you notice? Half of the alerts needed two systems at once. No body system works alone.
